Junior admins wont show up in correct colour

Just installed 141, and I having a real problems with Junior admins, no matter what I do, there names just wont go the correct Junior admin colours. Founder,Admins, mods and users all go their correct colours, just can get my junior admins to do it. they just end up in the same colur as users, but according to my legend they should be different.

I do seem to be missing a group colour mod, could that be something to do with it? If so where do i get that..

I'm not sure you have the same issue but my JM didn't go blue until he used some admin powers.

There has been issues with this for awhile now. Normally it's a cache issue if memory serves.

Clear cache on browser, clear cache in IM, and have JA log out... normally time heals it.

I searched but didn't find anything in terms of a solution except a cache issue.
