Calendar entries not showing up correctly

I am having trouble with my calendar entries showing up. I was trying to post an event that occurs on the 4th saturday of each month. For the calendar event date I put in July 28 2007. I set the until date to July 26 2008. For repeats is selected 01 and months on the nth weekday. The event did not show up in july or august but did show up in september but on the 5th saturday instead of the 4th saturday.

I then tried to post an event on july 21 2007 and set the same options for repeating and until date and it shows up on the 4th saturdays of each month including july.

I also have an event I was setting up on july 12 that has the same repeat options and it works just fine.
