Is there a mod where user, or myself, or basically any one who register at my site can sell their stuff, and also can buy the stuff on it? By using PayPal, etc. I am asking for integramod 141 version that can integrate it. And where it would require them to signup before they can sell/buy.

We wanted to do the same on our quack site, where users could make a post - put a de.scription, picture amd a Buy Now paypal button. But until someone figures out the html issue in posts, we can't use paypal buttons.

If you alone, want to sell items and only using 1 paypal account, I use agoracart for my http://www.stuffupforgrab.com website. An e-store style.
