How to approve pending members in usergroups?

I have been trying to find this before posting but I had no luck. I have many open groups, not auto join, and I am trying to find where I can see all pending members and approve them. So far I have to go into each group and see if there are pending members, this does not seems to be an efficient way to to do unless there's no other way.

If this is the only way then I will need to ask users to PM me and let me know which group they joined. It is a community site and I created groups for each subdivision in town so you can see why checking just for pendings without going into each group is desired. Any help will be appreciated.

your looking for a mass approve for all groups thingy huh?

Would be nice. But yea so far ya just gotta visit each group n check. Though ya do get emails if you want when folks join.

What I do is have several other group mods to approve folks. 90% of the time they done got it for me.

Best way to get more involved users [ give them a job], which attracks more new users.

I don't get emails when a member watns to join a group... I have to check where do I select that feature.
