Unable to use the Mass E-mail feature

Hello guys,

I've got an e-mail which I want to send out to all members of the forum but I'm not able to as I get an error message, I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

Any advice will be much appreciated as always.

I don't have much, but you can try checking your smpt settings through your admin control panel. They are in the General Admin and I think Configuration. What holds your site information.

I have the same problem kinda since moving my forum to a different domain.

I can mass emails from the old domain just fine but it won't work from the new one.

I have scoured the DB and made all proper changes that I know of so far.

since moving to a new host and domain I cannot sned mass emials. All pertant info is edited that I know of.

board works 100% cept for that.

See I never used that, I always let the board software handle it. But now it wont work?

Bugger, not as fixed as I first thought, I can send a mass e-mail to a group but not too All Users, when I try and do this I'm informed of the following:

If I go to Mass Email and PMs and make a selection then click on either "Send e-mail or PM" or "Add the selected users" I get a white screen with Hacking Attempt! in the top-left of the page. I see that some other users have had this also but unfortunately from what I've seen there has been no fix for this as yet, is that still the case?

That hacking attempt has always been a problem and nobody has figured out a fix for it yet.

You might want to upload any files related to mass email. Maybe you have a corrupt file somewhere.
