What was done before the problem appeared?
The staff tried to tell me that I don't thank for the works that I have receive from you, guys.
What was done to try to solve the problem?

Just doing this because the staff on here think that I don't thank, and beside I am pretty sure that I have thank you for the works, or some help that you have gave me for my web site of integramod. But, however. I won't/refuse thank someone who don't solve the problems even though I do appreciate for "helping" to solve it, I really do.
