photo from album is not displayed

I m trying to display a photo at the main page. When i am trying to insert an image from the album, i put the ID of the photo and then i choose not to be as a thumbnail, but in the block will appear just [fullalbumimgl]13[/fullalbumimgl] instead of the image. If i choose to appear as a thumbnail it works..any idea why and what i could do?
