Getting errors using Find Username

What was done before the problem appeared?
What was done to try to solve the problem?
Why is it looking for new donations in find username?

While trying to add people to user groups, I tried using Find Username.
When the popup opens, I get this meesage below the Find A Username box inside the popup.
