What was done before the problem appeared?
Everything is working fine at that time but I have 2 new members having probs


What was done to try to solve the problem?
Checked Ctracker settings. Checked if any blocked ip addresses

Hi Guys.

Ctracker has decided to play funny buggers with me & some members.
Registrations in the past have been working fine until 2 days ago when new members tried to register & they get the pink Ctracker box notice.

Now when I try to help them with this this thru ACP I also get the pink box too.
Ctracker seems to come alive & decide who is allowed to register & not which has made me so dumb founded I am clueless why this is happening.

I have installed the latest patch many times to see if this fixes the problem I am facing. but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated including all advise. I have searched the forum for relevent info, but did not find any other posts that useful.

So other members registrations seem to work but Ctracker comes alive & cause a few probs with other new registrations..

try going to acp/CTracker/settings and disable "registration protection"
