I want to upgrade my installation from IntegraMod 1.4.0 and phpBB 2.0.19 to 1.4.1 and 2.0.22. The instructions in the upgrade downloads basically seem to say, overwrite all existing files, then try and work out what you've broken.

Are there any upgrade instructions that are a bit more friendly towards modded boards please? eg, file update instructions, instead of overwrite.

not for 140 to 141. There are just way too many edits to make it php5 compatible

Drat, doesn't look like I'm going to be upgrading any time soon then. That's too much of a site killer to do it that way, I'm going to have to manually compare every original 1.4.0 file with the ones on my site with WinMerge to find out what changes I've made.
