Hi, just tried to upgrade phpBB 2.0.22 to IM 141 and followed the instructions exact to the letter (as far as i know) checked and double checked the chmods etc and ran the installer install/phpbb_to_im141.php however it got to where it says migrating album data and then it just stopped and at the bottom of my browser it says "done" and no errors where reoprted. however if you look at my site http://www.virtual-lounge.net you can see that something has most definatly gone wrong, i have checked the database and theres 136 tables in there, dont know how many there should be, but all ACP options appear to be there so im guessing its a template issue rather than database.

Any ideas?

well ive reverted back to phpBB with the clean 30 table database, but still, everytime i try to upgrade to 141 i get the same problem, the template system is all messed up and half of it is missing, Am i doing something wrong? ive followed your instructions to a tee and the problem remains

this is ridiculous, 7 times now i have done this and 100% followed the instructions exactly and everytime this is what i get (see attachment)

well ive just done a clean install of 141 and it works flawlessy so its just the phpBB 2.0.22 > 141 upgrade that wont work for me <img> i only had 7 members but i have a lot of posts that i wish to keep so i must make the upgrade work or not bother with integramod,

I think you need to remove your install.php ....

Well it seems i caught you in the middle of you working on your site ....
