What was done before the problem appeared?
Nothing, Its just trying to edit the preferences of this MOD I installed which CrackerTracker gives me error about a potentional attack

What was done to try to solve the problem?
Tried changing the settings in the CrackerTracker MOD

De.scription and Message

Hi Ive IntegraMOD 141, And I recently installed a Announcement mod from phpBB.com Now the thing is.. it installed fine and shows up on the front page with out any problems. When ever I edit the preferences of the MOD and submit it, CrackerTracker keeps on saying this

CBACK CrackerTracker has detected a potential attack on this site with a worm or exploit .script so the Security System stopped the .script.

If you can see this page after including a new MOD into your board or after clicking on a link please contact the Board Administrator with this error message and a de.scription what you have done before you could see this page, that the Admin has the possibility to fix the problem.

Ive looked through the settings to try and disable it somehow, but nothing. So here I am asking for help. how do I get around this problem?

You mean this "define('CT_SECLEVEL','MEDIUM');"?

edit: Ive ran the debug twice! and its told me to put some coding in..did that but fixed nothing. so I dont know whats wrong.

Also in the Ctracker when i try view the logs i get this..

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /ctracker/logfiles/logfile_debug_mode.txt on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

So i have to view it via FTP

yes - when you do the debug, if you still get the error after doing the suggested debug, change MEDIUM to LOW.
This generally clears up that error.

As for the forbidden access page, I don't know. I have had that several times for different pages, but not sure why. I had my host do a full restore and it went away. Was never able to clear those page errors up.

the most common cause ive found for this error on a dedicated, or VPS server is uploading files using the root account. When you create a web account, you should also create an ftp account with a username. This is the account you should use to upload files. You can check the owner of the files in your ftp client

Sure, Sorry ATM my ISP is being a big pain in the butt. Theyve blacklisted a heap of sites including the one where I access Cpanel. Ill get this code as soon as my ISP decides to work again.
