[Solved] Block Stretch Problems with IE; Firefox is fine

What was done before the problem appeared?
I made the font for links bold and added a custom block with a link inside.


What was done to try to solve the problem?
Remove bold font; but it still stretches.

Hi there, and thank you for your great support.

My problem is simple. My website looks alright in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer, one of the blocks called "Important Reference" (which I added), contains a link that is stretched out further than the other blocks.



As you can see, this causes the other blocks beneath it to condense and split the text on a new line, which is annoying to read.

Naturally, I have no idea how to fix this because I would like to keep the custom block which is essential for the site. I also have no understanding of the different renderings of IE and Firefox.


Edit: This was a very simple, stupid fix. All I had to do was edit Header Width under Portal Config. Firefox seemed to automatically resize this to match, where IE did not, which gave me the idea that it was a browser compatibility problem, but it was really just a stupid config problem.
