It does same thing here.

When clicked, it opens the buddy list. Doesn't allow contacting of management.
Is this just a bad redirect?

as far as I know, this is correct. It allows you to add/remove users from different groups...friends, ignore...etc

Then you would think it shouldn't be called "Contact Management" if it doesn't offer the option?
