How can I make a fake mod online 24/7 without being online?

The spammers who go through al lthe trouble to sign up and wait for approval to spam do only so when mods are away.

I wanna make it so either me or another even a fake mod looks to be online 24/7 365 without being online or active in the forum.

You could use Austin's fake users online mod located @ http://www.phpbb-tweaks.com , BUT it most likely would need to be ported to use with PCP. I'm not real sure. I cant remember how the mod installs exactly. It does work real nice.
