What was done before the problem appeared?
nothing really added the youtube mod and thats it.


What was done to try to solve the problem?
delete cache, recompile cache

basically all we get no matter what theme we use is that at first the portal page will show but after awhile it ust stops showing up. firefox browsers will pull more up then the IE which pulls nothing but hte top 3 banners. after awhile it wil lstart showing the page again but for 30 minutes -3 hours it cant be seen. any ideals how to fix this?

the only other problem we have been having is the ctracker constantly blocking us.

I think youve got too many offsite image links in your blocks. One of them or more, is probably timing out. Also, animated gifs are not a good idea if they have more than 30 or so frames.
