What was done before the problem appeared?

Installed IM141 fresh about 6 days ago, added itemstats mod. Has been functioning perfectly.

What was done to try to solve the problem?
Nothing, unsure how to proceed.

All of a sudden receiving a message when trying to access the site. Could this be a host problem?

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77824 bytes) in /home/fw/public_html/moonraiders/album_mod/album_hierarchy_functions.php on line 152

The mods running on the portal page are album/styles/mini calendar/recent topics/news and who is online.

Oh thank you heaps for that. I did try searching before posting but wow so many threads with fatal error in them I couldn't find the answer. That solution worked perfectly.
