[SOLVED] subBlack Shoutbox does not fully show on Left Panel

My shoutbox is not showing up on the left panel properly. It shows but there is no place to input any text. The header of the shoutbox section on the left panel just says "shoutbox" but only links it to the shoutbox page. I want to be able to input text into the shoutbox from any page if I make it a site wide block like in the template FI Subice. Can someone please help me fix this issue?

if set to a center block, does it display correctly when logged in?

I have added it to the center as well. And it does the same thing as when I add it to the header.

do you have this issue with fisubice or Integra2?
If not, try copying "templatesIntegra2blocksshoutbox_block.tpl" to "templatessubBlackblocksshoutbox_block.tpl"

I renamed shoutbox_block.tpl to shoutbox_block2.tpl to that it will not be called any longer because Integra2 didn't have that file. Then it worked fine. Thanks for you help.
