When I check, as admin of my board, my personal messages, I can find a lot of messages that have been sent but not read yet by other members - mostly the welcome message.

Is there a way to send an email to all members with unread pm to suggest them to open their mailbox?

I would use admin -> user admin -> private messages.
Then just delete the welcome ones, this should make the list more manageable.
I've noticed a lot of people don't bother with it and forcing them to read it is a waist of your time.

In mass emails and pm's you can select who they will get sent to by user name (simple check box's) but you will need to have a list of the people who still have unopened pm's. I don't see any way to connect the two other wise.
