redirect issue from old e-tegra.com

the redirect looks broken from http://www.integrmod.com/

It's showing up in admin:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

As you back on the old url will we need to edit this to a new url, or is this a temporary issue?

also if you check in a browser integrmod comes up 404 not found.
