Using Referral Plus Mod

I have installed the Referral Plus mod and all seemed to be OK. However, when users try to use the URL link provided, it takes them to my own profile section as the site admin. It does not matter what user id number is used it goes to the same page. They are automatically logged in as admin, and can go anywhere on the site. Here's the link provided -

I have seen other sites using this mod that have a specific line on the Referral Plus control panel that provides a URL for users to give to prospects. Mine does not have that entry. I am using the FI subice template.

I could really use some help here.
