what mods have you added?
This error is usually due to editing a .php file and leaving anything after the php close symbol.

check includes/functions.php and be sure there is nothing after ?>
not even blank lines

I've seen this after an attacks to but as helter says it leaves stuff after the end.

it is possible your ftp client has dropped part of the file while uploading it. Unless youve added mods that affect those files, your safe to re-upload them from the IM141 package
