color groups

hi i have just converted from phpbb2 to integramod and the prob i am having is that i am not sure how to set up user groups eg.admin,mods so on i have all my users on there and i am coming up in red in the online now but i am not showing in any of the forums in red and i have change someone else to site admin and they r not showing in the forum in any color we r still showing in a white user color can any one help please thanks
