I'm not sure why it would have used the default template there instead of the dark black your using.

Did you reset the extreme mod cashe?

well i just solved the problem. in /templates/overall_header.tpl there is the entry for this arrow.i have replaced the path in

Code: Select all

 <tr><td><a><img></td><td>{QMENUS}</td><td><a><img></td></tr>  

with the original spacer in this template:
"templates/dark/images/spacer.gif"
