[SOLVED] User Can't Hide Email Address

What was done before the problem appeared?
Set email to always viewable but user's choice not overriden


What was done to try to solve the problem?
i have no idea how to solve the problem

when a user chooses to hide their email address or show it only to friends, the address still appears in the profile and on the forum.

on this website tho when i chose to hide my email address, it no longer appears on the profile.

how can i get it to work on my forum?

To eliminate the basics, as admin you can see their email address despite their setting. Is it a non-admin that can see the email address?

Setting up a non-admin account it seems to work the same way it does on here. Maybe being able to see everything will take some getting used to <img>
