[Solved] The Dreaded QBar

So, it went a little like this ... I was deleted a couple links out of the second menu box (and talking on the phone at the same time), when I ignorantly deleted the second menu box. Yep, it even asked me if I was sure that I wanted to delete it, and I said yes.
Immediately, I discovered it idiocy of my mistake. Now, the 'Extra Menu' on my site has no links in it and the QBar will not allow me to edit the default-second menu.
I guess what I am looking for is a way to be able to edit the second menu box again. I am not sure as to how, since there are now available selections under the Action Column.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Is the Second Menu file still in your Blocks folder? If not, try uploading it again.
Once I fell asleep while on my ftp program and it deleted one of the album files resulting in nothing showing, i cudnt be sure which one was deleted so i uploaded them all again and everything went back to normal.
If in doubt, re-upload <img>

spaniel,
Thanks for the help, but it didn't seem to work. I checked my Blocks folder and I don't have anything in there for the Second Menu. I even tried to upload just about everything I could find on the QBar, and it still didn't seem to work.
Any other ideas?

spaniel,
thanks for all the help. I wasn't able to get it up and running (with active selections) in the QBar, but I was able to use your suggestion and at least deactivate it using IMPortal. That is all I really needed to do.
It worked, and I appreciate all of your help!
Thanks,
