I am getting this error right after i did a fresh install.

my guess is you did not set file permissions
all of them are important, but this one is prob related to includes/phpbb_security = 666

nope. That's not the problem. I did them all right like usual.

Just went and checked that one and it's set to 666

im not sure why most can run without it, but some get errors
