How do I enable copy and right click for all users by defaul

Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to enable right click and copy /paste for everyone by default. So new registered users can just copy and paste content from forum to their own thread.

In addition is there a way to disable image verification The mod CAPTCHA is really annoying and there doesnt seem to be a disabling feature under config.

To remove visual confirmation on registration...

I think this will work:

ACP
P.C.P.
PCP Wizard
Add/Remove Page Fields
Make sure it is on Profile >> Profile >> Your profile >> Registration Information
In the right list of selected fields, select confirm_code and then move it to the left list.
Submit
