Edit Post Time Limit?

So far I either switch off post edits or have it on all the time for a certain group, but really I just want to give people a 10 minute window to edit their posts before editing becomes locked.

Does this functionality exist in IM141? I get asked for it all the time so seems to be very useful to users but I can't find it anywhere in admin.
