What was done before the problem appeared?
Change theme not sure if this caused the problem


What was done to try to solve the problem?
Did a manual admin add a donator still did not work. delete cache in acp & IE

HI Guys,

at xmas time I changed our theme to a new theme which we installed, but not sure if this is the cause of the problem I am experiencing with the donators list.

Recent donators who have donated did not showup in the donators block list of recent donators. I have looked at the php files to see if it had a medium security in them so I could change to LOW to see if that would help. but the php files did not contain MEDIUM.

I am a novice at this & any advice or help would be very appreciative from me.

So is there any way to fix this & get the recent donators block list to work/update again...

Did you get any kind of CT message? If not you can return your security settings.
If you did get a CT warning please post the debug.

There was no CT warnings at all, but i still checked the .scripts for any ct levels like medium & Low but it had none..

Try to test it with the default integra theme, that should tell you if it's theme related.

Sorry for my late reply been organising our
first UK dance Event in Manchester UK

I have changed the theme to default & unfortunately
there has been no change with the problem I am experiencing.
