De.scription and Message

Ok this is pissafyin me off.
Its extremely paramount that I have my Banners working due to the networks Im in. (Paranormal and Online Movies). Everything looks sweet while viewing using a firefox browser, but the second its viewed in Intercrap Explorer the page is stretched and distorted.
Is there some sort of universal sizing guideline to make it compatible using both browsers ?

I've had this issue with my movie site, and corrected it by dramatically shrinking the overall site banners.
It may look nice in Internet Explorer but it looks distorted in Firefox when shrunk.
Then when its looking nice in firefox, all hell has broken loose in Internet explorer.

Can anyone help before I hang myself ?

make sure and set the dimesions right in the banner settings. If you have it wrong. IE will display the banner as normal but FF displayes it as per your settings... or the other way around.
