Users Getting Logged Out

Stock install except 3 mods.

Searched here for an hour atleast

Ok so Im helping ol boy work on his website for the last couple of weeks and I cant help but notice that users get logged out REAL fast like.

The only mods installed when I noticed this was the activity mod. Now there are a couple more, but the problem was there before the new installs.

On my test site, i have been looged in as long as an hour or two at a shot. On his site, I can start a game and get logged out before the end of a 5 minute game.

How can we fix this?

check admin > General Admin > Configuration
go down to "Session length [ seconds ]" default is 3600, witch should be fine (unless it was somehow changed).


Also check these two server settings
admin > tools > php info:
Connection should be [tab]--> keep-alive
Keep-Alive should be around --> 300

If its one of those you'll need to speak with the host.
