What you need to do is download your new template. Unzip it and upload it to the templates directory of your website.
Then go to ACP/Extreme Styles and click styles management. In there, you will see a link that says install new styles. Click that and it will list your new template that you uploaded. Click to install that file. You now have a new installed file. Tweak as you would any other new file after that. <img>

i never unzip mine and upload it - i upload the zipped file and unzip it using shell's unzip command.
the whole thing unzips in about 3 seconds!

Not sure what Shell Zip is.....
OK I did what you said. I unzipped and Uploaded full folder to templates folder in data base. When I went in ACP/ Styles and Try to Install in the Install link it doesnt show the folders or templates I Uploaded. Only shows Standard default ones.
Install Styles
Template Style Install Select
fisubice FI Subice install
fisubice FI SubiceGrey install
fisubice FI SubiceOrange install <---- copy and pasted choices.
I already click and install 2 others that were listed. I even tried changing "Default template directory" to templates in Configuration menu. So Not sure whats going on?

Before you upload any template folder, first look inside of the folder. Sometimes they have files that need to go to the admin folder etc etc and then you will find the template folder in there as well.
Play with it again. If you have any issues, let me know and maybe I can help you out. Templates are easy as pie.
It takes time to learn all this. I have been using IM for years now and I still ask questions. <img>

I'm trying to upload PowerMetal and/or Vista.
I guess I just don't understand which files need to go were. I mean is there a template uploading manual or forum posted for this. There is an Folder in the PowerMetal folder called Admin but there is not one call template. Now were would I put that Admin file or how do I know which files need to go where?
I have been using IM for a about 2 years as well. I Run an AA Clan. Kingdomclan.com but I had help when that was was build 2 years ago. I just manage it and know basic stuff. But Now I'm building another site so I really want to learn how to do this. I thank you for all your time and help. If you have any other idea's? I'm open for help, lol. Thanks for your patients......

with both of those themes, they should unzip to one folder, full of files and folders. Upload the entire unzipped folder to root/templates/
that is it.
if you have IM 140, you will have root/templates/fisubice,
if you have IM 141 you should have root/templates/fisubice and root/templates/Integra2/ + any other installed templates.
Upload your theme folder to the same dir as these are in

Not sure what you mean when you said this part. But Yes I did as you said. I downloaded Template off of Integramod.com for version 141
Then I Unzipped and Uploaded into my templates directory. They are now listed with the Integra2 and fisubice. Then I go to my ACP/Extreme Styles and Click on Install in Management. It still only list the default ones that come with Integra mod. Vista and Powermetal are no were to be found. I even checked my FTP access info in the Config sections of Extreme Styles. Still nothing. Unless there is another step like in your quote. I cant find any folder named theme if thats what you ment?

An easy way is to upload your pics to this site via personal album and just come back and post the image BB code. That way the images stay small and dont stretch the page any and it can still be viewed Full size. <img>

My only guess (uneducated) is that your templates are either incomplete or corrupted.
Integra2 isn't showing? It's the base template on my installs!
Downloading, Unzipping, Uploading... somewhere along the way something is getting messed up.
Inside each of the template folders, you have several folder (admin, etc.) and some files, correct?

This is why I always use ssh to upload templates via the zip file. My webhost provides the instructions here:

Yes those files are in there. I Uploaded it a couple of times. I even thought that mabey the site wasnt seeing it because PowerMetal was inside of a folder within itself. Meaning You would open PowerMetal then you had to open another folder called PowerMetal again, then those other folders and files and stuff are there. But I fixed that. Still nothing.

Okay, I just went to your site and tried to view your overall_header.tpl file for powermetal.
IM141/templates/powermetal/ shows the 'IntegraMOD' by Master David like it should.
IM141/templates/powermetal/overall_header.tpl directs to main webhost site instead of showing the code like it does on my install.
I would compare the files on your local computer to the uploaded files. I think you have missing files...
*EDIT* - If you trust me, you could pm me ftp login details and I could have a look at it for you. I won't be offended if no...

The requested URL /404/ was not found on this server.
With access to the database & files, it probably is fixable...

since your hosted on a free host, you may have limited resources, which could explain the apparent crash. You might ask your host how much memory and cpu your site is allowed to use. In order to be stable, ive found you need a bare minimum of 8 megs available with access to 8 more for bursts of activity. If your site gets really busy, anything less than 16 megs will produce long page loads and random errors
