At few days ago i upgrade the eXtreme Styles mod to the version 2.4.0 and this is incompatible whit IM141.

This edits some files, for example my RSS is gone.
And wen i add one more word on word sensor, this edit the file includes/def_words.php add on 2 line <template>, wo gives an blank page to all forum.

Any idea.... or i must remove.

not sure what is causeing your prob, but I have updated to eXtreme Styles 2.4.0 without issue. It should have no affect on your RSS. More likely your includes/def_words.php has become corrupted.
Backup your current one and replace it with the one from the 141 package. Be sure to chmod it to 666.
