What was done to try to solve the problem?

De.scription and Message

Hi There,

I hope someone is able o help me with this request. Due to my integramod 141 site being hacked on many occasions I had to disable the site until I was able to spend some time and look into properly securing the site... When hacked, the remote file exploit was uploaded to the tmp location and this spawned multiple processes on my server...

So here I am today looking for another way round this.. What I would like to do is.. have a complete new fresh install of integramod 141 and then manually import the relevant tables/posts/user details.
The reason I want t fresh install is because I've been using integramod since the very first version and the site was updated from the current phpbb version at the time. Each new update the site has been updated, which Im guessing has alot of files/db structure that would be no longer required.

Is there a list of tables I would need to import? I know there will be some filesystem folders I need to copy accross like user, pics, etc but for now I'd like to get the Database synced with a fresh install. The site itself has over 10k posts in as many topics with around 50-60 users (at last count).

If anyone can shed some light on this that would be fantastic help.

Although Integramod is safe, you still need to have the basic server stuff covered. Check the security forum for "chmod 777 folders" the htaccess rules there can stop this from happening to you again.

Thanks I'll check that out..
Also I spent a few hours yesterday going thru all required tables and have successfully managed to manually migrate the required tables to a fresh install.. I'll post them here for future reference..
