is there a way to use the calender as a event calender? i cant see any way in adding things to the calender. would like to be able to schule thing for the guild, so when we are in game everyone know when and where to go, but the only thing i see the calender doing is keeping track of birthdays?

Perhaps you don't have posting of calendar events enabled for the particular forum?

Forum Admin - Management + select the forum make sure Calendar is enabled for that forum

On the New Topic screen you should see where you can add calendar events below the message box.
