Another one that has me stumped...when I go into my own profile and then to the avatars section, the block of text shows me that avatars have a max setting of 150x150 (which is correct), but cannot be larger than 0 in size. I cannot get this to change. When I go into the configuration panel, the 150x150 shows and I put a size of 45 there, but cannot get that 45kb size option to populate...so there is no way to upload an avatar. Again, pounding my head trying to figure this one out.

Maximum total image+avatar files sizeIf a value is set in this field, a global control for the file size of the signature's images and poster's avatar will proceed, and the 2 separate controls will be disabled. If no value or a 0 is set, the global control will be disabled.

if set to 0, there is not limit and you should be able to uploade as large a file size as you want as long as it does not exceed the physical size imposed. in your site you have the physical size set to 130h X 425w

I see where you got into the system and now the size went from 0 to 100. What stupid thing did I do or miss?

im not sure where your seeing the 100. are you referring to the avatar file size?

I didnt do anything except to to the db and activate my acount and set it as admin to see the acp.

I set the filesize for the avitar the same as the pic size below it and saved it. I didnt check it in IE to see if it made a diff. I use FireFox
