Restoration of default PCP fields and settings

I was removing some of the fields I didn't need from the profile pages, specifically the registration page. I thought that all I had selected were the Country Flag, State Flag, Always attach my signature, Always notify me of replies, Notify on new Private Message, Pop up window on new Private Message, and Board Style. (I guess it's possible that I selected something else by accident.)

I had already removed those from the basic phpbb profile page, but when I selected Submit to remove them from the registration page, the page submitted and the left column of selectable fields went empty. (I'll post a screenshot)

I was guessing that this was just a database table that could be repopulated. I can re-do the database, too, but I thought I'd try getting the knowledge for this one task instead of figuratively re-inventing the wheel.

If you visit the page, you'll see that you can't register now, either. You can log in with the user/pass test/tester. As you'll see, it messed up a bunch of other stuff, too.

Is there a quick fix for this? I don't mind having to make my field changes again if someone can point me to the correct table.

I appreciate the help. <img>

the quick fix is to reupload root/profilcp/def/*.*
be sure to save your originals if youve made any changed you want to keep

Out of curiosity, where did all of those additional fields that I filled out when I first posted go?

Update...

Actually, it seems to be doing it everytime I remove fields in the PCP Wizard.

It's not that big of a deal when I have my FTP client open and ready to upload, but obviously, something's wrong.

I've checked the folder and file permissions and they're set correctly. I'm not sure what else it could be.

edit: It seems to only be removing fields that causes the problem. In the meantime, I've set the Auth Level to Board administrator for everything I've wanted to remove.

I'm lending a hand on this site and figured it would turn into a bigger headache thatn I initially thought.
