What was done before the problem appeared?
I was messing around with PCP following Whisky's instructions on how to get the WOW classes to show. Then I got this msg "The number of entries of Visual Confirmation has exceeded the limit in this session."


What was done to try to solve the problem?
I messed with some settings in CrackerTracker and set stuff to deactivate, I have then reactivated all of them.

I seem to have broken something with Captcha. In ACP:General Admin: CAPTCHA Config it says"Visual Confirmation is not active!"

How do I reactivate this? I did a search through the forums and found how to deactivate it. It is still in the PCP lists, so it should be active.

I did all the same steps, or tried to at least on my test site, but I was unable to replicate the issue.
I got the "The number of entries of Visual Confirmation has exceeded the limit in this session." message from hitting refresh on the register page too many times. I thought this was weird as I wasn't submitting anything. I don't see the logfile for this to remove myself from the ban, which I hope is temporary.

looks like you got if fixed. If it does not show for you try deleting your cookies and do a ctrl+F5 on the registration page

Yes I can see the register page now from a different pc with a different IP address, havn't checked home pc yet. The problem is in the ACP it still says that visual confirmation is not active, which is wierd because I see it on the registration page working? Maybe I should just ignore it? (this is the message at the top of the screen)ACP:General Admin:Captcha Config

Where did you get that contact form? I clicked the link in it and I got a music page. I would like to get that particular form on one of my sites.

I got it from following [url=http]this[/url] thread I think. It was a long long time ago. The links there are dead, so I searched it and it is still on phpBBHacks.com [url=http]here[/url], so I put a link on that other thread. If that doesn't work for you let me know and I can try and figure out if my files are any different. The demo on phpBBhacks goes to a dead link area on the same music site you referenced.
