I am hoping that someone can help me get a blank page - like the one that is described in this mod

I replied to the thread you posted in as well as your PM. now that I know what you are after, I can get my files to you to use. I'm going to sleep now as it is late here, but as soon as I can later on today, I'll get the file to you and tell you how to use it.
