What was done before the problem appeared?
What was done to try to solve the problem?

my functions.php keeps on getting altered-xcausing site to not open -after a replace with original it works agan.
also the site was used by phishers-somhow they got put some files in includes/archive folder
i think i have permsissions wrong somewhere
config.php should be 666?
