Just Curious...
I have cback and and up to date new install of 141 and phpbb2...

I found the below IP on the site in the gallery section when I logged into admin... I banned the ip but how can I be sure that I am secure? Does anyone want to beef up my security for a fee. The site was hacked in the past with porn and we are getting ready to use it now for real. I want this secure as it is a youthgroup site.

Add email verification to your sign up. My site just had its 1 year anniversary and I have never had one spam post. Make sure uou the ip your ip block list

As you're only seeing attempts and not the spam, it's being blocked.
You're setup should be fine.
