What was done to try to solve the problem?
resizing the sitewide header banner from 468x60 to every size possible

OK heres the situation.
I just sold a lifetime banner ad for 50.00 bucks on my site.
The problem is, in firefox the image at 468x60 appears normal.
When I checked it in Internet Explorer, the same right side banner is stretchin the damn portal page wide right.
What fix can I do to have it an acceptable viewing size in both browsers ?
This is drivin me nuts.
Also part of the ad package was to include the banner in forum and topic view as a rotating sponsored ad banner.
Its imperative I get this worked out because I'm in the middle of an aggressive ad campain.
Today my site made PR3, and I plan to do banner exchanges for 2 solid weeks.
So the aethetics of the site need to meet the eye of the prospective sponsors.

Ok scratch this one, maybe the admins might leave it up, it was my fault because I had different sizes for the logo and the paid banner ad. A simple uniform resizing of the both fixed it up.
