have you checked the cmod to see if it is set to 777, if you did not change the folder to 777 it wont accept downloads

Yes i have, but just noticed now that the file did upload each time i tried (4 Times) So when i tried to delete the extra 3 i basically got this again which means the same thing i think:

500 Error - Internal Server Error

This error was caused due to an unexpected difficulty in fulfilling the user request. The most likely cause of this error is a crashed or error'd CGI .script or program. Please verify that the program is properly compiled and/or operational and carry out any necessary debugging.
If you are not responsible for this resource, please send a bug-report to the address listed below describing your problem. Please include in the report the date, time, your e-mail address, the website on which this error occured and what you were attempting to do when this error occured. Your compliance is appreciated.

Thanks for the tip though, i have made that mistake on many occasion

The album uploads work correctly, as for the ACP backup, sorry no idea, i use an external program to back up my forum since its so large. To me its as if, the page which is supposed to pop up after you upload a file is not being found, hence the error.
