What was done before the problem appeared?
uploaded a header image that was 200x600 the same size that they asked for.

What was done to try to solve the problem?
Uninstalled the Vista style from the forum.

On all of the pages I get this error:

that error usually means that you have information, or even blank lines either before the php start tag " <php> "
the template should not cause this. Have you added any mods to your site? did you alter the index.php file in the Vista logo folder?

I haven't added anything or altered the vista logo files, I also checked for spaces and there is none.

I also noticed that it doesn't show it when I am not logged in.

I also looked in the file and found each line

Hmm, maybe it is just me, I dont know what I did, but now all I get is

Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /home/www/forum.snowneo.com/includes/page_header.php on line 838

but that only shows up for unregistered/logged in.

Did you try re-uploading the header file? Could be bad load?

Did you disable Ctracker on your site?

I don't understand, I have spent countless hours on my site. don't see any hacked integra's till now. How did they get in cannon?

Hmm... Here is the page source.

Looks like they actually got on the server. They have installed on the subdomain. http://forum.snowneo.com/

Unless you installed your site this way. Usually the install sets up, http://snowneo.com/forum/integramod141

And or maybe added an .htaccess page forcing the new index. I am no pro and I don't use subdomains at all. Just an amateurs thoughts.

I get the same it goes away if you turn of PW reminder in CTracker

lost our site to turkish hackers 2 years ago, just come back to integramod so would prefer it not to happen again.
