Members Have To Login Twice On Every Visit

My members have been mentioning that almost everytime they visit the site, it requires them to login.
After logging in, it asks them to login again and seems the first attempt doesn't take.

Myself I don't have the first issue, but I do notice a lot of the time i too have to login twice.

Any thoughts on why?

Something else they mentioned, is when they are on the site and get up and leave their computer for 15-20 minutes, when they return and refresh the page, it makes them login again.

Never heard of that before, but is there a idle, re-login setting on the site?
