Users searching other user's public albums

What was done before the problem appeared?
Looked for (and probably over) the setting in the ACP, Search this forum for "search album" and found nothing related


What was done to try to solve the problem?

My users can not search other user's personal albums. The pictures are viewable, but nothing is coming up in the search results. I, as an administrator, can search for everything, of course.

I thought I remembered a setting for this, but I'm not sure if I'm overlooking it or if it's just not there.

If it's not, is there anyway to do this?
