De.scription and Message

Was wondering how to setup usergroup permissions.

I want to add a usergroup for people who get out of line, and I want to add them to the usergroup.
The usergroup would be setup disallowing the users in the group from posting or replying. (Muting user)

I also noticed that all the simple permissions are gone. Wasn't it all there before?
I think the phpbb update screwed that up as well as the sub.scription function.

Well I check one of my old sites still using:

CBACK CT ver. 5.0.4
phpbb ver. 2.0.22

I haven't updated this site for either update, and the simple permissions for the usergroups aren't there either.
So the updates don't have anything to do with it. They look like they were never there.

you can use CBack Cracker Tracker "Miserable User"
This will allow them to post, but only mods and admins can read it. For everyone else the post just says Miserable User
