All Im trying to do is the the DBupdate file but I keep getting tihs error, do I have to manualy edit that db files with my database info orsomething???

did you also post that your host just upgraded php and mysql from 4x to 5x?

this is going to be a tricky upgrade since 140 will not function correctly on php5.

if you send me your db I will attempt to do the 140-141 upgrade on it on my test mysql5 host

that would be great but id ask for you help on another first,

we have a 132c a 132d and a 140 forum
and yes our host just went to 5

the 132c forum being the biggest and most important, but was testing upggrade on the smaller ones first.

right now only thing that has worked is upgrading a copy of the 132c forum to phpbb3x but we lost the KB, photo albums and such.

could pay if we can get our main forum the 132c one updated to 141 and not lose everything.
500+ members, 4-5 years of post.
