SOLVED Flash Html not working in Block browser conflict

What was done before the problem appeared?
Added page3 on page3 added center block with flash document.
What was done to try to solve the problem?
converted document from action .script 3 down to action .script 2 then down to action .script 1. Also reset the flash version from 9 down to 8,7,6. Still not solving the issue.

I have created page 3 IMportal page, in the center box I have added the code to call a flash document into the page.
It works yet it does not work....
My Firefox works great!
My dads Firefox shows "movie not loaded"
My explorer works great! "IF" I view the file by going directly to the .swf file with my browser. If I try to load portal.php?page=3, I get "movie not loaded"
Blank white screen.... So if I can see the .swf fine by typing in
examlpe::: http://www.your.com/images/flash.swf
And it works in explorer and then I go to http://www.your.com/portal.php?page=3 and it does not work what is the problem. "movie not loaded"
I would rather not publically post my site, simply because I dont want the extra attention. Its not porn, pm me for a link so you can see what I am talking about.
